It can be anything, losing your loved ones, not having the dream job or suffering the pain of failed relationship. These are few of the rewards that come complimentary with life but when this period of sadness and lonely begin to prolong, wren this sadness and loneliness starts to eat your peace and make you useless in life then stop and realize that you are in depression. And this is not anything random it is actually serious. It can’t be ignored and you need a proper treatment to get out this mess.

1. You get excessively aggressive and frustrated without any problem. It’s as though even the least complex issues, inconveniences, or issues that you experience during the day are huge. That is simply because you are already so burdened and pressurized as of now that you feel like whatever gets added to your plate can overpower you.

2. You are continually attempting to detach yourself particularly from the individuals that you love. You do this because you know that you are not well and depression is a disease and you need to be saving your loved ones from this infection since you don’t need them to experience what you’re experiencing at the present time.

3. You are generally so depleted and tired constantly. This is an aftereffect of all the psychological weight that you are carrying on your shoulders. You are experiencing existence with so much additional weight that you simply should shed off, in a manner of speaking. If not, you’re simply going to feel so drained and depleted because all the extra energy you have to put just to live another day.

4. You lose enthusiasm for everything that you used to truly appreciate. You stop participating in any of the diversions or interests that you used to be extremely energetic about.
