Many reports has shown that, in Australia, Amber Heard, could be charged with falsehood case in the year 2015.
The actress Amber Heard, might face one more court trial in some days after losing her extremely legal battle against her ex-husband Johnny Depp,
In Australia, the investigation is now going on in to her criminal act. When 36-year-old actress went to Queensland in the year 2015, she took her two dogs with her unlawfully.
While he was the wife of Johnny Depp, she visited Australia to meet him. At that time the actor was busy in his shooting for the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean 5’. She took with her their both Yorkshire Terriers, named Pistol and Boo without the customs declaration, according to the reports of Newsweek.
As Amber, broke strict quarantine and biosecurity laws of Australia, and Australia has 10-day quarantine rule for all the pets coming in. So when she broke the law she was charged with illegal smuggling of dogs and also she faced another trial in court.
The case was closed even so, when she accepted that it was her genuine mistake.
“In a taped apology, Amber Heard said she was “truly sorry” for not declaring terriers, Pistol and Boo, when she entered Australia—which is known for its strict quarantine laws,” Newsweek reported.”
According to the recent reports of Daily Mail, Amber Heard’s, ‘dog smuggling saga’ has been renewed, and now the officials of Australia are starting to investigate her about the perjury over her claims of fake documents.
It has also confirmed by Water, Agriculture and the Environment department of Australia, that the investigation is currently underway. And also told ET Canada,
“We are investigating allegations of perjury by Ms. Heard during court proceedings for the 2015 illegal importation of [her] two dogs into Australia.”
Furthermore, the former estate manager of Johnny Depp, Kevin Morphy told the London court about this case that Amber gave him direction to take an oath and be her witness about the smuggled dog’s case.
“I also explained to Ms. Heard several times the fact that trying to take the dogs into Australia without completing the mandatory process was illegal and could result in very harsh penalties including euthanizing the dogs,” said Murphy.
“When I expressed that I was extremely uncomfortable with this, Ms. Heard said to me ‘Well I want your help on this … I wouldn’t want you to have a problem with your job.’”
“It became very apparent that Ms. Heard was threatening my job stability unless I cooperated with providing a declaration that supported her false account for the Australian proceedings. He added.
“Because of this I felt extreme pressure to cooperate, despite knowing this would involve being untruthful.”
As per Daily Mail, “Pistol and Boo should have been declared to customs and placed in 10-day quarantine, but their arrival went undetected for several weeks until a grooming salon posted snaps of the cuddly pair to Facebook.”
When the news started to circulate, the former couple was ordered by authorities to send the dogs back to the America with in the time period of 3 days.
After, the lawyer of Amber Jeremy Kirk told the judge that she didn’t want to break the rules and deceive authorities by her act. And also the actress admitted her crime in the Australian court. The lawyer also told the judges that the documents of pets were skipped. Even though, the Amber thought the paper work had taken care well by Johnny’s staff.
It shows that Amber is now again in trouble and things are not looking in her favor.
